Q1: Can I download your software and install it in a Mac machine?

Our software only supports Windows, not Mac. So you have to download and install the software in a Windows PC that you can run as administrator. And then you can burn a bootable Windows password reset disk in that machine. Errors might occur if you intend to use a Mac instead.

Q2: When I install the software, computer detects the virus or danger.

Our software has been proved without virus or malware, please run it trustingly.

Q3: The software cannot recognize my USB flash drive. What should I do?

Make sure you insert the USB flash drive into the computer, and then close and launch the program again.

Q4: Computer goes to blue screen when booting from CD/DVD/USB. What to do?

The possible reason is that the software is not compatible with your computer. Please contact us, we will send another compatible version to you which is better in compatibility and performance.

Q5: Password is required when I want t o access BIOS. What should I do?

This is because you computer may have BIOS password. For this, you need to clear or find BIOS password at first. Many methods to remove it can be found on the internet.

Q6: How to access BIOS and change boot order?

1. Turn on the computer, press F2, Delete, F10 or other keys to enter BIOS Setup while booting.
2. Make necessary changes in BIOS to configure the computer to boot from CD/DVD or USB flash drive.

Q7: I cannot see the reset and reboot buttons when I was going to reset. What's up?

According to our experience, you may need to reset password of all accounts that be listed; or contact us with your order ID, we will send another workable version to you. If you reset password for a disabled account, you will not be able to login by that account before enabling it.

Q8: No system and account listed after booting from the burned disk. What to do?

The possible reason is that your computer is not compatible with the software. For this problem, please contact us with detailed description of your problem as well as your order ID. We'll send a full download link of another version to you after check.
