Download and install the Enterprise edition in a Windows PC that you can run as administrator, and then follow the steps listed below to reset Windows password. The whole process can be divided into 3 big steps:
1. Insert a blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive into the computer. Then launch the program.
2. Click Burn a Bootable CD/DVD or Burn a Bootable USB flash drive. Here takes USB for example.

3. Select the target USB device and click Burn to start burning.

4. Click OK when the burning task completes. Now you have successfully created a bootable USB flash drive.

1. Insert the bootable CD/DVD or USB flash drive into the locked computer.
2. Turn on the computer, press F2, Delete, F10 or other keys to enter BIOS Setup while booting.
3. Make necessary changes in BIOS to configure the computer to boot from CD/DVD or USB flash drive.
For the detailed steps, you may refer to Boot computer from the CD/DVD or Boot computer from the USB flash drive.
When the computer successfully boots from the CD/DVD or USB flash drive, you'll see Rekeysoft Windows Password Recovery's interface. And then you can:
Reset Windows Local Password for Windows 7/Vista/XP/2008/2003/2000.
Reset Windows Domain Password for Windows 2008/2003/2000 servers that act as domain controllers.
1. Select the system and the account that you want to reset password of, and then click Change password button.

2. Select New password and enter the new password to change the password. Or select Remove the password to remove the password. Click OK to continue.

3. Click OK when the password is successfully changed. It'll return to the main interface.

4. Click Reboot button to restart computer and log into Windows with the newly-changed password.
Note: Please remember to remove the bootable disk before PC restarts.

If you don't want to reset your password, you can also create a new local administrator account.
1. Select the system, and then click Create a new account button.

2. Enter the user name and password for the new administrator account, and then click OK.

3. Click OK when the new administrator account is successfully created. It'll return to the main interface.

4. Click Reboot button to restart computer and log into Windows with the new administrator account.
Note: Please remember to remove the bootable disk before PC restarts.

1. Select the system and the account that you want to reset password of, and then click Change password button.

2. Enter a new password for the selected account, and then click OK button.
Note: The password must be at least 8 characters long and composed of lowercase letters, uppercase letters and numbers.

3. Click OK to restart computer when the password is successfully changed. You'll be able to log into domain with the new password.
Note: Please remember to remove the bootable disk before PC restarts.

If you don't want to reset your password, you can also create a new domain administrator account.
1. Select the system, and then click Create a new account button.

2. Enter the user name and password for the new domain admin account, and then click OK.
Note: The password must be at least 8 characters long and composed of lowercase letters, uppercase letters and numbers.

3. Click OK to restart computer when the new account is successfully created. You'll be log into domain with the new domain admin account.
Note: Please remember to remove the bootable disk before PC restarts.
